Withdrawal
Pursuant to Consumer Protection Act you have a right to return your ordered products within 14 days after receiving the said products. This right of return does not apply to custom-made products. To return your products, please fill the Application of Withdrawal and send it to info[at]kaabsoo.eu. Application of Withdrawal can be found below.
Packaging of the returend product must be intact and the products undused and in original condition.
Products shall be returned within 14 days upon submitting the Application of Withdrawal (we also ask you to submit a documented proof of handing the products to the shipping company for return). Upon receiving your Application of Withdrawal, the seller shall refund the amount paid for the products. In case of partial return the amount paid for the shipment are refunded proportonally to the returned products.
The direct costs related to the return of the products are borne by the Buyer, unless the products to be returned are not in conformity with the order (wrong or defective product). Please see our Terms and Conditions of Sale for more information.
